The challenge is to rise at the beginning of the trip, Normally, this climb takes about 15 minutes, although relatively short but very drained your stamina. This climbing route passing through gardens and forest resident. Crosses between bushes, clump plant and trees until you find a great first stop is a flat area at the top of the hill which has an area of around 16 square meters.

From the location of this terminal, the rest of the journey to Lhok Mata ie can be taken around 30 minutes. The next path we to be followed is not as heavy the first track. Baiturrahim Mosque, Ulee Lheue

You must have listened of of electronic media, print media, someone, or you hear directly from the victims concerned. A great disaster that start of a earthquake 9.2 Scala Richter was followed a huge sea wave has hit Aceh December 2004, forces of the nature that killed 170,000 lives from different territory. Huge waves as high as 9 meters of sea water that hit Aceh also destroyed most of the residents facilities or homes to the ground, it's no wonder that power can even raised a ship weighing 2,600 tons power generation as far as 5 km from the sea to the land.

But still all that happens by the wants of the Almighty, Allah SWT.
If Allah SWT wants its Destroyed .. thats  will destroyed,
if Allah SWT wants its save.... then thats will be save ,

Well, this time I will try to tell you a thing unexpected of human mind above the disaster. Exactly on the 23 April 2013 I had the chance to visit a heritage website of the disaster, a building that still stands firmly even is only tens of meters from the beach. ....

-Baiturrahim Mosque, Ulee Lheue-

Mosque Baiturrahim is a silent witness a miracle of tsunami eight years ago. When the giant waves raging, mosque to with only tens meters from the sea, still standing in Ulee Lheu. While the building around that is flat on the ground. According of survivors, there were three waves of the tsunami hit Baiturrahim Mosque earthquake was a magnitude 9 on the Richter scale. Every wave always broke out when befall the mosque, and then roll crushed buildings around him.

This mosque is in fact not the only building that survivors of the tsunami, there are other buildings, one of which is located in lampu'uk. which is also a white mosque that survived the disaster would malignancy.

Baiturrahim Mosque
Lampu'uk Mosque

But this time I will only discuss about Baiturrahim Ulee Lheu mosque, as chance the recently building that I visited to publish it. The condition of the mosque which was formerly made of brick is broken simply about twenty percent of it, I wonder if this mosque became a symbol of the greatness of the Almighty, and really admire the people of Aceh.

Baiturrahim mosque the historic  of the Sultan of Aceh in the 17th century. The mosque was once called the Jami 'Ulee Lheu  In 1873 when the Dutch burned Baiturrahman mosque. all of people forced to perform Jum'ah  Pray at mosque in Ulee Lheue, since that time renamed the mosque Baiturrahim. The mosque has been several renovations since it was built the first time in the 17th century. Until after the big event in 2004, this mosque get a lot of offers of assistance funds from the outside area, either from the the community or government officials.

But the help is not immediately accepted by the mosque committee, they reject offers of assistance when the condition is not given suitable with a desire the mosque committee. Like an offer from Al-Imdad NGO from southern Africa and the Sultan of Brunei Darussalam Hasanul Bolkiyah which will give assistance when old buildings its destroyed, whose bid was rejected on the results of the discussions the people with mosque committee. But unlike the Al-Imdad from South Africa which does not appear again up to now, the Sultan of Brunei provide help to build a mosque tower with Rp.3.000.000.000 funds, - (three billion dollars).

And until now the mosque was still standing with a additional tower at his right side , but for convenience this mosque still need some buildings, like the building of teaching to children is often called TPA. Previously said this mosque has 6 rooms to accommodate that learning activities, while for now the activities can only be do at the front of terrace mosque. although there is still a less building, or part of the building is under renovation, the mosque is generally functioning well....

Ok Guys, I want a to tell you about one of large stadium at my city, Banda Aceh. This time I came to visit a football stadium at lhongraya. If I may be honest though already 12 years living in Banda Aceh, this is the first time I'came to this stadium, not because the location is far away or any other, but hmmm advised home kid who likes to laze around at home. Thats Me.!! ahahha

So, the purpose of my visit this time is still the same as before, which is to do a task subjects of photography, capture some pictures of this place and than i post it at facebook and this blog. the weather was sunny, you can see it from the blue sky with the little white clouds. at a previous meeting we had promise to gather here at 3 o'clock, but on the day it just so happens that I have a little something else that came late at half 5 o'clock. Not because of family matters or any other, but again because of the coursework. Maybe you could say without a college assignment, I would constantly throughout the day lazing at home .. : p

When I entered the main gate is felt atmosphere of the sport side of the road, there is a football training, running, long jump and arrows, began from children to adults participating in sports. they look so serious in practice, probably because either there will be a competence of late, was it always this way or did they look like when training. On the other end of the seen group of people who are photographing famous photographers took pictures like that are competing. They look so enjoy it, does this stadium has a unique shape with various forms of the game field so it is suitable to be used as photo objects. such as triangles, circles, color, and etc..

Without us knowing it was already 6 pm, it's time to ended hunting this week. all kinds of photos have been caught on camera each, some people show their picture to lecturers in order to comment on what is missing from their photos. Laughter in spite of their smile, in the end with a photos together is now hunting this time ended successfully.

Museum Aceh

okay guys, last post i was promise to tell you many stories of my journey. so then, today i want to tell you about a heritage area in Banda Aceh. This time i go to the museum aceh is to complete a school assignment that has been given earlier in the class, and we have made an appointment to get together at 3 o'clock here. weather conditions at the time its a little cloudy, visible from some dark clouds that slowly comes over.
Atmosphere in it looks a bit lonely. No one of tourists was in sight who come at that time, only a few of my friends who had first come from the specified time. But don't be surprised if it happens, because we made a deal to converge on the Monday, where everyone is busy doing their respective jobs.

When i entering the gate, i was immediately greeted by the bell Cakra Donya in the left side. Chakra Donya is a bell from iron crown made in China in 1409 AD, with height of 125 cm and width of 75 cm. The bell was a gift from the Chinese Empire which was taken by Admiral Ceng Ho to the Sultan of Aceh. Chakra means the shaft train, symbols of Wishnu, the horizon or the sun. While Donya mean the world. On the outside there is a Chakra Donya ornaments and symbols of Chinese characters and Arabic form. Chinese characters inscribed Sing Tong Fang Intention Juut Kat Yat tjo (Sultan Sing Fa has poured in 12 months of the year to 5). While the Arabic script can not be read anymore because it has been worn.

In front of Cakra Donya we will be found Rumoh Aceh there , a traditional Acehnese house said to be the first building in the museum. Rumoh Aceh was established during the reign of the Dutch East Indies, and was inaugurated by the Governor General for the Civil and Military Aceh HNA Swart on July 31, 1915. Actually, Rumoh Aceh is derived from Aceh pavilion placed in the arena Colonial Exhibition (De Koloniale Tentoonsteling) in Semarang on 13 August to 15 November 1914.

other than that, on the left side of Rumoh Aceh there have a nice building. A square building with a gable roof typical aceh four sides that continue jutting up into the face of the land. I didn't get time to wonder about this one building, but from the results of my observation ithis is a building used by the manager of the museum aceh.

still in the museum district of Aceh on the right side there are some old buildings dutch heritage, and the most interesting there are also a number of old weapons that had been used as Indonesia, especially Aceh gained independence from the Dutch.

So maybe this is all I can tell you for this time, and maybe my story is still a fraction of the many stories that exist in this aceh museum. if you are still not satisfied with the story, let's just go check to the museum Aceh. ^^
